Eligibility for Exchange & Refund

  • Exchange or refund requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

Delivery Charges

  • A delivery charge of AED 25 will be applied for all exchanges and refunds.

  • The delivery charge will be deducted from the refund amount or charged separately for exchanges.

Non-Eligible Items

  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or are returned after the 2-day period will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed accordingly.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method or store credit, as applicable.
